Super Seven is a combination of Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Cacoxenite, Rutile, Geothite and Lepidocrocite. It shares the healing and metaphysical properties of each combined stone. All of these energies combined makes for a very powerful stone.

A thumbtone is carved specifically to be held and rubbed between the thumb and index finger, like a fidgeter provides comfort and balance. Good for use during meditation or using while on the go, bringing a sense of calm, focus and clarity. A great aid to bring stability and calm in a panicked environment.
